For 18 years we have planned and realised dozens of Call and Contact Center Projects. We exchanged experience and know-how with our customers – mainly leaders of the market. With some companies we have worked continuously even for over a decade.
We still follow trends on both international and Polish markets.
Today, we manage significantly fewer Projects. There are constant out- and in-bound Projects concerning huge target markets of thousands or even million Customers. We take full responsibility for the quality and results. In particular, we prepare bases, choose and train Team of Consultants, analyse and improve Conversation Scripts. We prepare reports and communication process. We participate in training and supervise development of the Project.
The most important thing is that our compensation depends on the quality and results.
